When the batter is made and fried just right, this squid dish is a joy to eat. Whether dipped in Thai chilli as a beer snack, or eaten with rice for dinner. Started craving more even while eating it.
I didn’t know that I could be so emotionally affected by politics. But I know that the emotions will pass and what’s left is the knowledge that I am only in control of my actions.

I get cravings for popcorn – the drenched in caramel kind that’s served at movie theatres here. I like it mixed with some salty popcorn (just butter and salt, none of that newfangled wasabi or salted egg kind).
I don’t get as much exercise as I should, considering I work at home a lot. I also don’t enjoy going to the gym. I started swimming today as a way to force myself to stay active.
I have been using Tailwindcss in my latest coding project (instead of Bootstrap). I enrolled in a course on Scrimba, to give myself a good overview.
I really enjoy yakiniku. There’s something pleasurable about having to watch your food (making sure it doesn’t burn) while you eat.
It requires you to stay mindful and present. Your mind doesn’t wander, you have no time to check your phone. It’s just you, the pit, and the meat.
