I’ve been interested in food and flavours for a while now. In October 2018, I started working at a cocktail bar and since then, have been obsessed with drinks. The spirits used, the flavours created, how to handle ice!

Documenting has been an amazing way for me to solidify my learnings, and I’d like to share that with any drink enthusiast who might be interested.
